Gemstone Lighting Fixes
Dim Lights
If some or all of your Gemstone lights are dim, there could be a simple fix!
- Unplug the transformer for 30 seconds and plug it back in. (This usually fixes 90% of issues.)
- Check outlet and reset if needed. The logo will have a light if the outlet is working.

Lights Not Working
If some or all of your Gemstone lights are not working, there could be a simple fix!

Wifi Connection Offline

Blue Lights
If your Gemstone Lighting is displaying blue lights and won’t change color, the lights will need to be replaced.
If you are within the 1-year labor warranty, the repair will be FREE, otherwise the repair service starts at $95. Our team member will assess the situation and give you an estimate on-scene for the total repair.

If your Gemstone Lighting transformer is making a loud humming noise, it’ll need to be replaced.

- Check outlet and reset if needed. Most often it’s an outlet in the garage by the door going into your house.

Lights Come On At Wrong Time
If your landscape lights are turning on at the wrong time, there could be a simple fix!
- Flip the white switch in the transformer. (fixes 90% of issues)
- Check outlet and reset if needed. Most often it’s an outlet in the garage by the door going into your house.
- Check timer settings and ensure correct timing.
